It is important for longevity to make sure that you are keeping your Falcon Range in top condition by ensuring that it is serviced and regularly maintained with repairs when required. As Approved Rangemaster engineers we have access to all Falcon spares supplied directly by Rangemaster. With over 10 years experience, working directly for AGA Rangemaster you can be assured that six counties are expert engineers when it comes to servicing and maintaining your Falcon cooker.

Below are the details regarding you Rangemaster service

Levelling the appliance
Electrical safety check
Gas tightness test on meter
Gas pressure test on appliance
Servicing all burners
Testing all electrical components / elements / fans etc.
Resetting door levels and checking seals / catches
Replacing any parts that are required
Oven temperature test and thermostat health check
We usually replace both seals and catches depending on usage
Service worksheet and guarantee on completion

Falcon Repairs

Repairing your Falcon Range to ensure longevity is crucial. Approved Rangemaster engineers Max and Josh carry all common spares for your Falcon Rangemaster. These are supplied directly by Rangemaster which whom we still have a committed business relationship. When contacting Six Counties you will be talking to either Max – Head engineer North or Josh – Head Engineer South. We will talk through the fault with you, diagnose and arrange to repair at your convenience. Below are some common repairs that we come across on a daily basis.

Falcon gas hob ignition is intermittent / repair: remove top and check all wiring. Insulate where necessary and replaced ignition box.

Not only was the fault diagnosed quickly and repaired, but a number of other issues were identified and repaired, which has massively improved the operation of the oven. Fantastic service and good value for money; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
